What Tiny TV Is
Tiny TV is a stream aggregator. We do not host, store, upload, or own any video content or TV channels. Our application locates and plays publicly available streams that are already accessible on the internet. We have no control over the content of those streams.
Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner and believe that a stream accessible through Tiny TV infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the reported stream.
How to Submit a Request
Send your notice to dmca@tinytv.app with the following information:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, or address)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific stream URL or channel name within our app
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature
Our Response
We review all valid DMCA notices and act promptly. Streams confirmed to be infringing will be removed from the app. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
Counter-Notice
If you believe a stream was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@tinytv.app with your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
