Tiny TV ("we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile and TV application that aggregates and plays publicly available live TV streams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Tiny TV can be used for a limited period without an account. After that period, we ask you to register. During registration and use of the app, we collect:

• Email address — collected when you create an account
• Password — collected at registration and stored as a one-way cryptographic hash. We never store or have access to your plain-text password.
• App usage data — anonymous statistics such as features used, session duration, and crash reports
• Device information — device type, OS version, and app version, used for compatibility and debugging

We do not collect your name, payment information, or precise location.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To send important service-related communications (e.g. account verification, policy updates)
• To improve app stability and user experience
• To prevent abuse and enforce our terms

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and account data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. Alternatively, you may contact us at privacy@tinytv.app and we will process your request within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

The app plays streams hosted on third-party servers. Tiny TV does not host, own, or control any of the streamed content. When you play a channel, your device connects directly to that stream's source. We may also use third-party services such as crash reporting tools that have their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Children's Privacy

Tiny TV is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

DMCA & Content Removal

Tiny TV does not host any content. All streams are publicly available. If you believe a stream infringes your copyright, please contact us at dmca@tinytv.app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email and update the date at the top of this page.
